* Why is the course and exam priced separately?  Separating the course from the final exam keeps your upfront cost low and gives you flexibility. You only pay the $99 exam fee when you’re ready to take the state required timed exam and receive your certificate. * Is the $99 exam fee required? Yes. Florida law requires a final timed exam. The $99 fee covers the exam, grading, verification, and your official Certificate of Completion. * Is this course approved for Florida licensing? Yes. The course meets all Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) requirements for the 63-hour Sales Associate Licensing education. * How long do I have to finish the course? You can complete the course at your own pace. Most students finish in a few days, but you have plenty of time if you prefer to go slower. The course is valid for 360 days from registration date. * Do I have to take the exam immediately after finishing the course? No. You can take the exam whenever you’re ready and wherever you want on your own device. Once you complete the course, you’ll be redirected to the exam portal where you can pay the $99 fee and begin. * What happens after I pass the exam? You’ll receive your Certificate of Completion instantly. You can download it and print it.  You will be required to present it at the state exam testing location. * Can I take the course on my phone or tablet? Yes. The entire course is mobile friendly and works on any device. * What if I fail the exam?  You’ll receive instructions for retaking the exam. According to Florida regulations you must wait at least 30 days before taking a different second exam.  You are allowed two attempts after which you are required to retake the online course.
